Protection of personal data

ATLINKS is committed to protecting your personal Data and to complying with the Regulations applicable in France at the time of any collection or use thereof.

We invite you to consult this document regularly, as it is regularly updated to take account of changes in regulations, legislative developments and case law from the courts and the CNIL.

Our personal data protection policy applies whether we are acting as a Data Controller or as a Subcontractor within the meaning of the Regulation. Our Processing Register is kept and regularly updated.

The data we collect and process

We process the Data that you transmit to us or to which we have access as a result of our business relationship with you. These are :

  • your administrative data, such as: surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address, social network contacts, professional details, photo, etc.
  • your transaction data, such as: payment methods, customer number, transaction identification, delivery terms and conditions
  • and Data collected by means of Cookies on the Sites, such as: IP address, date and time of connection, connection contents.

What we do with your Data

We collect and process your Data in order to :

  • to manage our commercial relationship and the agreements that bind us to you,
  • to promote our products and services, in particular by sending information letters, newsletters and commercial offers, etc.
  • invite you to events we organize that may be of interest to you,
  • improve the quality of our communication, including customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this collection and processing is to enable us to fulfil our obligations, both in the context of the business relationship between us and in our legitimate interest, and/or after receiving your consent.

How long we keep your Data

We retain your Data for as long as is necessary to manage our business relationship and to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations and prerogatives.

We may need to retain certain Data for longer periods for back-up purposes, on our internal or outsourced servers, in which case we undertake to ensure compliance with strict conditions of access and confidentiality.

Who has access to your Data

Access to your Data is restricted to those of our employees who are authorized to process it and who have received training for this purpose, as well as to our subcontractors and service providers.

We take care to ensure that such access to your Data is strictly limited to the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with the Regulations.

We undertake not to sell or share your Data without your express prior consent.

In accordance with the Regulation, the Processing of your Data is carried out only within the European Economic Area or in countries with adequate legislation within the meaning of the Regulation, i.e. ensuring a level of protection of your Data equivalent to the European level in force.

The technical and organizational measures we take to secure your Data

We have implemented technical and organizational security measures for your Data, adapted to their degree of sensitivity, to protect their confidentiality and integrity and to prevent damage, deletion or unauthorized access, such as: staff training, storage in secure physical spaces, password encryption, anonymization.

Your rights

You have the right to access your Data at any time. You may also request that your Data be deleted, updated or corrected if erroneous or obsolete.

You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data. If this limitation or opposition prevents the normal performance of our contractual obligations towards you, we will inform you.

To request information or exercise your rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@atlinks.com. You will receive a reply within one month of receipt of your request.

If you have any difficulty in asserting your rights, you can contact the CNIL (www.CNIL.fr) or any other competent authority.

A few definitions:

Personal data : Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an IP address, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. (RGPD, Article 4 (1))

Regulations : General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGDP), Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 amended by Law 2018-494 of June 20, 2018 and its Implementing Decree of August 1, 2018, as well as any other regulations applicable to the protection of personal data within the European Union.

Data Controller: The natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the Processing. (RGPD, Article 4 (7))

Sub-Contractor : The natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller. (RGPD, Article 4 (8))

Processing : Any operation carried out or not by means of automated processes and applied to Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, dissemination or any other form of provision, deletion or destruction. (RGPD, Article 4 (2))
